COM I have not owned a BCA complete rifle I have owned everything else, lowers, complete uppers, etc I currently have a BCA 7 62x39 10 5" upper It has been flawless Every manufacturer in the world has quality issues Some more, some less BCA is known for a few more than others For a budget build, i don't see why not to use them If they have what you want at a price you need, get it
